Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Subscription Refunds

If you subscribe to a recurring service:

You may cancel future payments at any time.

Refunds for subscription charges will be considered only for the current billing period and must be requested within 30 days of charge.

No refunds will be issued for past billing cycles already used.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us:

You may forfeit your access to the product or service.

We may dispute chargebacks that are not based on valid technical or billing errors.

You must contact us prior to a chargeback to resolve the issue.
